A: The products are provided "as is". We respond to email

general model is "try before you buy" and when you purchase you are

A: No, Videoalive in an independent entity. However, VBrick customers use Videoalive products and VBrick support
staff is familar with many of the Videoalive products. While
VBrick support does not provide formal support, they often work with
their customers to satisfy the application requirement from a system
perspective.
Q: Are there any special requirements
for my PC or server?
A: Generally no, unless listed by the application. Many of the
applications use the VBrick SDK to control VBrick product, and
desktop players and recorders use VBrick StreamPlayer technology in
new and novel ways.
Q: Can I request special applications?
