VBoss Presenter Viewing Help

• You may use Widows or MAC, IE, FireFox, or Safari browser

• Viewing requires Silverlight. 

• Optional viewing via Windows Media Player is available by clicking on the "Windows Media Player" link

• Click on the Video or the Slide to change size

• Move your mouse away from the video toward the slide hide the controls -- move your mouse on to the video to display the controls

• During full screen display, click on the screen to toggle picture-in-picture display

• For live video, you may ask the presenter a question. This is not available for recorded presentations.

• For recorded presentations, you may navigate the video using the slider bar.

• Disable popup blockers to use external sides and video display.

• If closed captions are available, they are displayed under the video when you check "Show CC".

• Trouble Resolution

  • You may not have enough bandwidth to view the presentation, especially if there are multiple viewers in one location. Consider using a VBrick Reflector.

  • Video is broken up -- network troubles or you do not have enough bandwidth available

  • No Audio -- check your computer audio system.  Can you hear other online video sources?
